VIDEOGRAPHER / EDITOR

We’re a local agency with a big creative heart. Whether we’re scripting a commercial, filming a nonprofit feature, or building branded content for social platforms, we approach every project with purpose, personality, and a passion for getting it right. As we grow our creative capabilities, we’re looking for a skilled Videographer/Editor to join our in-house team and help us bring powerful visual stories to life.

This is a full-time, in-office role for a hands-on creative who knows how to shoot, light, and edit compelling video content across formats and platforms. You’ll work closely with our production and marketing teams to create videos that inform, entertain, and inspire — from concept to final cut. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You should love the gear, know your way around Adobe Premiere and After Effects, and be excited to work on a wide range of projects and clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Capture high-quality video using DSLR and 4K cameras in a variety of field and studio settings
Edit short-form and long-form content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Help concept and storyboard projects, bringing creative ideas to the table
Set up and manage lighting, audio, and composition for polished, professional results
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align on vision and messaging
Create motion graphics, lower thirds, and transitions when needed
Work across a wide range of industries, formats, and content styles
Help maintain gear, manage media, and organize project files for efficiency
Adapt to different client needs, brand voices, and project timelines

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of professional or educational experience in video production/editing
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)
Solid understanding of lighting, audio, framing, and storytelling fundamentals
Comfort behind the camera — shooting solo or as part of a crew
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
Positive, collaborative attitude with strong communication skills
In-person availability at our Leesburg, Daytona Beach, or Winter Park office
