The Role

This full-time, in-office position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of digital marketing. You’ll help manage social media content, paid social campaigns, and Google Search campaigns for a variety of clients. The right person is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working across multiple accounts, and genuinely interested in improving performance through content, testing, tracking, and optimization.

You should be comfortable moving between campaign planning, ad setup, reporting, content coordination, and day-to-day account management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, communicates clearly, and brings a proactive, all-in attitude to the work and the team.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and schedule social media content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
  • Assist with planning, writing, and coordinating social media posts, captions, graphics, reels, and campaign content
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta platforms
  • Support Google Search campaign setup, including keywords, ad copy, extensions/assets, and basic conversion tracking coordination
  • Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations based on data
  • Prepare reports that summarize results, trends, and next steps for clients
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, web developers, and account managers to bring campaigns to life
  • Review client accounts regularly for accuracy, performance, and opportunities for improvement
  • Help maintain brand consistency across client social media and advertising channels

What We're Looking for:

  • Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands
  • Experience with paid social advertising, especially Facebook and Instagram ads
  • Experience with PPC search campaigns, especially Google Ads
  • Strong writing skills for captions, ad copy, and basic client-facing updates
  • Understanding of campaign performance metrics, including clicks, impressions, conversions, CTR, CPC, and ROAS
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients or campaigns at once
  • Comfort working in platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
  • A collaborative mindset and clear, professional communication skills
  • In-person availability at our Leesburg, Daytona Beach, or Winter Park office
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact
  • Familiarity with WordPress, landing pages, or basic website updates
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools
  • Basic understanding of SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
  • Experience with reporting dashboards, spreadsheets, or campaign tracking tools
  • Familiarity with short-form video content, reels, or TikTok-style content planning
